1. Agreement

By downloading or using MosaLume, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable standard end user license agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Personal use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MosaLume for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with Apple’s platform rules.

3. Availability and rewards

Features, advertisements, daily challenges, and rewards may change or be unavailable. Virtual scores and assist credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, exploit, automate, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Disclaimer

MosaLume is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or preservation of local scores.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiStudioWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
